Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an entry-level associate to join the business litigation practice group in our San Francisco office in Fall 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in litigation and a desire to grow within the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a law school student graduating this Spring to start their legal career in a dynamic office of a nationally prominent Litigation practice. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs; reviewing and analyzing case files, evidence, and legal citations; maintaining organized case files; and collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and communication skills. EOE.
The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
